We’ll unlock the secrets of Shibori dyeing in this intro to Itajime Shibori workshop. Discover the ancient Japanese technique of folding, binding and dyeing fabric with indigo to create unique patterns and designs. Immerse yourself in the art of Shibori and let your creativity flow.

Cotton tea towels and a tote bag will be provided for dyeing. You may bring one small item of your own to dye, which must be of a natural fiber such as cotton or silk (please no large items like bed sheets or fabric yardage).

The dye process can be messy and indigo dye will stain so please dress accordingly :)
